Workflow

1. Kick off call

Before finalising any agreements or deposits, we will arrange a brief 30 minute call to discuss the project scope, timelines, budgets, and any other crucial details. These discussions typically result in verbal agreements, ensuring alignment before formalising commitments.

2. Signed & sealed

After our discussion, I will provide a project proposal outlining the agreed-upon deliverables and quote for your approval. Upon confirmation, the contract, briefing template, and 50% deposit will be sent to you. Progress can commence once all documents are signed, paid, and completed.

3. Design time!

Upon receiving the signed contract, 50% deposit, completed brief, and accompanying mood board, I will initiate my design process. This involves meticulously analysing the provided information and exploring various creative avenues to establish a primary direction that aligns with the project's objectives.

4. Presentation

After about two weeks after receiving all necessary materials from you, I'm ready to showcase my work. During this presentation I'll guide you through my process and explain the rationale behind each design. Afterward, I'll provide you with all the documents to gather feedback.

5. Final or feedback

It’s crucial to allow time for the information presented to sink in for at least a few days before offering feedback. Depending on the extent of revisions needed, I will either communicate them via email or present them to you in person for further discussion and clarification.

6. Sign off!

Once the design is approved by you, I will provide the final invoice. Upon payment, I will promptly deliver all files and exports in an organised folder system for immediate use. Additionally, I make it a practice to follow up with clients a few months after project completion to ensure everything is proceeding smoothly.
